THE INNER GLOW VISION:
For every woman to feel happy, healthy, confident and sexy –– with the support of great digestion, healthy hormones and glowing skin.
THE INNER GLOW MISSION:
To provide women with access to the holistic health information they need, so they can make conscious, healthy lifestyle changes to achieve optimal health and well-being –– and glow from the inside out.

Let’s be honest: taking *real* time for self-care is harder than it sounds.
Especially when you’re trying your best, eating your best, working out or squeezing in a guided meditation whenever you get a moment…
And you’ve still got a laundry list of symptoms like:
Digestive issues
Bloating
Weight gain
Burnout
Food intolerances
Hormonal imbalance
Acne
Dehydrated skin
…That you never quite know how to manage. In fact, as you get older, you’re starting to realize that having the tools to tackle all of the above isn’t just a nice-to-have… It’s becoming *essential* to your well-being.
Babe – I know how that feels, too.
Back in 2010, I was facing corporate burnout in the midst of my career in the advertising world, literally sick to my stomach.
After leaving a long trail of doctors who couldn’t figure out what to do behind me –
No one could figure out how to heal my digestive issues, chronic fatigue and borderline hypothyroidism.
Turns out, a holistic nutritionist was the only one who could help bring my body back into a state of balance!
Instantly, I knew this was the kind of knowledge I wanted to share with the world.
Because I could see that holistic nutrition looks at each human as a unique person with individual needs, not just someone to prescribe a one-diet-fits-all approach. (That’s what the doctors missed.)
It’s not only about what you eat, your genetics, or how much you exercise…

When we work together, I turn my razor-sharp focus to the other areas of your life, too – peeling back the layers to understand how to support you, and in what order.
‘Cause it’s your life we’re talkin’ about here!

Even if you had all the supplements in the world and a private chef…
→ If work is crazy stressful, your body is going to tell you it’s unhappy. (Oh wait, that happened to me!)
→ If you can’t find a moment to breathe and take some space for yourself, your anxiety is going to manifest physically. (*Cue IBS*)
→ If you seesaw between implementing health plans and then going cold turkey, spoiler alert –– you’re not gonna feel great, plain n’ simple.
Your physical and emotional state? They’re totally connected, and syncing them isn’t something we’re taught to do.

Here’s the thing – fancy cookbooks and trying that meal plan your friend suggested are great, but: to glow from the inside out, it’s about cultivating big and small changes alike.
The kind that turn into happy habits and a lasting commitment to empowering *yourself* to take control of your health!
Unlike what we’ve been taught, we have to take care of the inside first –– and be okay with some short-term pain for long-term gain.
That’s the formula that yields dewy skin, a digestive system that runs like clockwork, non-negotiable self-care rituals, increased energy levels and recipes that you actually enjoy whipping up right after work.
And I’ll be 111% honest with you (← that’s a core MJ Sagittarius trait, BTW)...
It takes work. And time. (Your body needs it to adjust).
I should know –– it took me years to heal, go back to school, and re-learn the unique needs of my body after having kids and moving cities.
But gosh, it’s so worth it!
It’s my mission to help women like you learn how to take care of your body, so that your body will take care of you.
I get that it’s a noisy, confusing world out there telling you what you should or shouldn’t do with. But every body, brain and heart is unique, and it’s time to lean into *that*. In fact, I have a feeling that’s why you’re here right now.
Your symptoms aren’t going to go away one day, just because. And your health can *always* be put off, but you know it shouldn’t. That’s why when you work with me, we implement.
So if you’re ready to start putting yourself first – and glow from the inside out – I’d be honored to guide you back to balance.

5 MINUTES WITH MJ
When I’m not creating my next program, devouring the latest research in the nutrition world, making my friends laugh (I have a *very* dry sense of humor) or whipping up custom meal plans for my clients…
I’m trying to take my own advice and live by example with self-care rituals like:
• Trying the latest skincare treatment. I love experimenting with new facials, microneedling, dermaplaning –– you name it, I’m *probably* into it.
• Pilates and spin classes. Even on hard days, a good workout always makes me feel better. If you’re in Vancouver, I’m likely sweating it out at a Lagree reformer near you. #noregrets
• Drinking green juice every morning. But from a greens powder I love, because let’s be real –– who has all the time to juice kale, chard, celery and all the green things at the crack of dawn?
• Traveling off the beaten path. It’s when I feel truly alive. Especially if a giant bowl of white truffle tagliatelle or tiramisu gelato is also involved. (Don’t worry, this isn’t an everyday thing! But nutritionists are allowed to indulge, too.)
• Hiking in the forest. Living on the North Shore in Vancouver, with my kiddos growing up outdoors, is an awesome gift that I’m so grateful for.
