As a foodie and skincare glow-seeker to boot, a day in my life in Vancouver, BC usually involves a sweaty workout, easy recipes (smoothie bowls, anyone?), citrusy essential oils diffusing into my office, balancing life with two kiddos and keepin’ it 111% honest with my clients.
But it took a big, pivotal moment in my life and lots of little changes to get me here –– and it’s never going to be perfect.
